Mr. Anand is a Senior Partner of the firm. He has experience of over 39 years. He has expertise in civil, criminal, company matters, taxation (GST, Direct & Indirect including Prevention of Money Laundering Act, Benami Transaction, Foreign Exchange Management Act). Mr. Anand was appointed as Senior Standing Counsel for Government of India, Ministry of Finance for about 11 years in Delhi High Court and provided exemplary services. He has several reported judgments in various journals. He has also conducted various cases of Intellectual Property Laws (IPR), Arbitration, Negotiable Instrument Act, Socio-Economic Offences Laws, General and Commercial Laws, Banking & Financial Laws, Revenue Laws, Land Acquisition matters, Cooperative Societies, Corporate Law, etc.
Ms. Sunita Arora
Ms. Sunita is Managing Partner of the firm and is well qualified having experience in legal profession for about 18 years. She is having expertise in NDPS cases, 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act; Family Law and Consumer cases. She is mainly practicing at Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India.

He was a Registrar of Delhi High Court and superannuated in February 2015. Since then he has been practicing as an Advocate in Delhi High Court. He has vast experience in the field of Original Civil Suits for Partition, Recovery, IPR Arbitration, Writ Jurisdiction in Service Matters, Land Matters, Bank Debt Recovery etc. He was appointed as Sole Arbitrator by the High Court in a number of cases.
